    3. Conclusion of Contract

    3.2 The Customer can select services from the Provider's range and compile them in an application form via the “apply now” button. By submitting the application form, the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.

    3.3 The Provider confirms receipt of the application by email. This email does not yet constitute a binding acceptance of the offer. The contract is only concluded by sending an acceptance declaration via a separate email.

    4. Prices and Payment Terms

    4.1 The prices for the services are indicated on the website and include the statutory VAT.
